Luckily, I've had a relatively easy first week out of college. Graduation was so much fun, and I celebrated with my closest friends and my family! I've spent this week with a good friend of mine, Eveie, who is flying back home to England (cue tears) soon, so I've gotten my girl time in! Earlier this week we visited Drayton Hall, the market, and Angel Oak in Charleston, then spent a few nights in Beaufort visiting my aunt. Wednesday evening I got to see The 1975, one of my favorite bands, play an incredible show in Charlotte! Pretend I didn't hyperventilate the entire time. Now I'm spending the rest of the week relaxing at home before starting back at my part-time job and continuing the full-time job search. I could definitely get used to this!

The fact that I graduated exactly a week ago is both mind blowing and a relief. I'm done with exams, papers, and jumping through academic hoops. I'm done struggling through accounting and finance classes when all I want to focus on is the marketing plans of companies like J. Crew or Coca Cola. No longer will I have to pull all nighters because I have three assignments due the next day. But at the same time...this is it. School is the only way of life I've known for the past 18 years. What's next?
