Happy Friday, y'all!
I know I've said this before, but could this week have gone any slower? Between starting my first "real" week at my new job, exams, and homework piling up, this week was a little tough on me. I'm ready for the weekend. I repeat: I am totally ready. Who else?
Somehow this week I was able to go to Target (my boo), which leads me to my highlight of the week! I tried to pick up something from the Philip Lim collection, but who knew people in Columbia, South Carolina were so in tune to fashion? By the time I got to the store at 10:30 Sunday morning every Philip Lim bag was gone. Not going to lie, I was a bit disappointed...until I found this little lady.
I'm normally staunchly against Target purses based on my bad experiences with them falling apart in the past, but I think this one by Merona is here to stay. Versus the pricier Tory Burch version of this bag, I think the $30 option wins...and it totally looks and feels like real leather!
PS - the bag also comes in tan!
I'm so excited to use this bag for practical reasons like: storing gas station candy when going to the movie theater, bringing my DSLR camera anywhere I'd rather not look like a weirdo carrying a camera everywhere, anytime I want to look nicer than "college senior slacker chic," and anytime my Longchamp looks more like an overnighter than an actual purse/tote.

I was shocked with how few Phillip Lim stuff was left at the Charleston Target! T thought for sure no one even knew who he was! That handbag is super cute and definitely looks more than $30! Hope you have a great weekend!
