Fourth of July style

Happy July, y'all! It's already Tuesday, but the next three days are going to be super long, right? I can't even tell you how excited I am for the influx of American themed party decor (coasters, streamers, plates and cups) and being as obnoxiously American as possible! Though I'm very much an England-lover, there's nothing better than pretending, even for just a day, that we live in the best place in the entire world, that everything is right.

Every fourth of July I fill up my plate with mustard-based barbecue, watermelon, homemade coleslaw, and beer. Really, what could be better? People take tons of photos (because who wouldn't when everyone looks so cute and/or ridiculous?!), so I'm planning on looking my best in a high-temp appropriate outfit! I have a ton of navy clothes, #navyornothing, so I think I may work red in with a bright coat of red polish!
